Agents Not Listed

Borrowers only benefit when Real Estate Agents get involved.  Agents not listed have either not been made aware of this website, or they are fine with lenders taking advantage of their clients and have no desire to protect borrowers.  Real Estate Agents are truly in a pivotal position to put an end to deceptive lending practices.  We understand that many Agents have relationships with lenders, which is fine.  The problem is when Real Estate Agents associate themselves with predatory lenders.

Welcome to Watchdog Agent

Does your Real Estate Agent care more about you as a client, or how much they earn by selling homes?  Real Estate Agents are in a position to Stop Predatory Lending…but do they?

Predatory Lending has become a critical problem, especially in the sub-prime market.  Lenders get away with their deceptive lending practices because borrowers are unsuspecting or don’t know what to do.  Can we depend on Real Estate Agents to protect us from getting caught up in “Lending Schemes” and “Unjust Enrichment” by lenders?

Quote of the Decade

Top Real Estate Mistakes

One of the Top Real Estate Mistakes is using a Lender Solely Recommended by your Realtor. "Your Realtor is not a financial expert and is not qualified to assure you of getting the best loan.  In fact, the realtor will only get paid if your loan closes so the interest of finding you the fastest lender is sometimes more important than finding you the best lender.
